My wife had a c section three weeks ago and is interested in when she can begin training again, and if there are any specific consideration getting back under the bar. She feels like she is recovering quickly but our doctor is recommending 12 weeks no heavy lifting.
She’s 33, she had been lifting around a year and a half before she took the last trimester of her pregnancy off.
Her plan is to re-run a short LP before moving into regular programming.
