Glutes getting tired quickly with deadlifts

Hello!
I’m currently on the 12week strength program and during my deadlifts sessions, my glutes, especially my right one, get fatigued really quickly. I’m doing a set of 4 with 135lb, then a set of 4 with 225 and already my glutes get tired. It’s not affecting that much my performance, i’m still able to hit my volume and my single @8 with numbers that makes sense, but it make those sessions a bit unpleasant. Sitting in between sets helps, but i was wondering if my glutes are
a) too weak and should maybe introduce a lower intensity higher volume exercice in my routine (since im starting to get fatigued in low intensities)?
b) too fatigued and should remove an exercice so they can recover better?
c) do nothing and carry on, it’ll solve itself on it’s own?
d) something else? need more warming up? form? etc

It’s my second time on the 12week strength and and don’t recall this happening to me the previous time. I’ve done the endurance template before hand and my 1Rm last time i tested were Squat-380lb, Dead-390lb and bench 245lb. I’m 5,6 ish, 180lb ish and 27years old. (in case those informations are useful)

Thanks for you help and great content!

How do you know your glute, specifically your right one, is getting tired?

I don’t think I would do anything about this issue other than realize your glutes are still firing and they don’t get tired and shut off.
