Some time ago, I read your post on question which carb source to eat after training, and you replied that it does not matter, they are all the same (unless I misunderstood post)
My question is: what abut carbs with high GI? what if I eat white bread all day? (while staying in desired calorie intake)
I’m asking because while on calorie surplus, my main carb source is potatoes and white rice?
