Some time ago, I read your post on question which carb source to eat after training, and you replied that it does not matter, they are all the same (unless I misunderstood post)

My question is: what abut carbs with high GI? what if I eat white bread all day? (while staying in desired calorie intake)

I’m asking because while on calorie surplus, my main carb source is potatoes and white rice?

It doesn’t matter for strength or muscle mass what type of carbohydrate you eat post workout.

If you don’t eat enough fiber and are in a calorie surplus that may not be a good situation, but it may be fine as well depending on your genetics and demographic
