For good mornings, is low bar or high bar preferred? I’ve tried them low bar and the bar just moved around too much so I grabbed a pad and just put the bar on the back of my neck which works fine. I was just wondering if I should keep them low bar and limit the ROM so I can keep the bar still or use the pad on the neck and get a longer RoM. Is this just preference?
I usually do them with a SSB or a straight bar in the high bar position. It’s mostly personal preference though!
