Hernias

Years ago I was in a motorcycle accident leaving me with a bulging hernia right on my pubic hairline.
Reading everything I could it seems I shouldn’t squat or deadlift heavy until I get it fixed.
I’m just wondering your thoughts on hernias and doing lifts. What lifts not to do, what lifts should I strive to excel in during this time?

However, many people with asymptomatic, reducible hernias continue training. If it bothers you, schedule an appointment with a surgeon to get an elective repair.
