High carb day ideas

Hey Jordan,
I am looking for some ideas for high carb day items. I like using peri workout high carb items as treats (at least for one or the other) and look forward to high carb days for this reason. Currently I consume Pop tarts pre workout meal and white rice post. I tend to eat a lot of rice at the end of the day since it’s easy to measure out whatever you need. I would love to hear some ideas other than pop tarts, stuff high in carb and relatively low in fat, from you and others.

Cereals, breads, potatoes, rice, froyo or fat free ice cream, low fat pop corn are just a few off the top of my head.
