Hey guys,
Does anyone have experience with hip rehab?
I have had pain in my right hip for months now. It hurts after training deadlifts or squats.
I’m gonna follow some general recommendations from the article that Austin wrote and try to find an exercise and load that i can handle.
I have tried trap bar deadlifts and pin squats for a few training sessions but pain get’s a little worse a day after.
Anyone tried other exercises?
