Hi there,
You are an Exercise Physiologist and delivering services to a 92 year old client in their home, and at initial assessment they present with a resting blood pressure of 200/97. They feel well, with no symptoms and are medicated for hypertension.
My question is, do you call an ambulance if they are asymptomatic and they feel well? or would advising to seek an urgent medical review with a medical practitioner be appropriate?
