Asymptomatic Hypotension - how low is too low?

Hi, Barbell team,

I have a high level of physical activity, including both resistance training & conditioning; however, my BP will usually hover around 97/49 to 100/47.
The readings are accurate and precise; HR is around 48 - 56 on average at rest.

It is totally fine throughout the day but can become easily cold and sometimes have occasional nausea.

Other than that - completely asymptomatic. I’m just curious if this is something you would follow up on & if so, with whom (specialist?).

Thank you!

Unfortunately can’t give you individualized advice here, but generally speaking, these are not blood pressures that would raise concern in a healthy, active patient with no symptoms.
