I have consistently low blood pressure around the 95/60 level and somewhat anaemic too (though I have been prescribed iron tablets for the last six months). I seem to get tired very quickly when in the gym. Is there anything I can do about it or is it just a case of suck it up?!I am female 53, 59kg and have been lifting for about two years. Not really making the progress I would like but the progress I have made I absolutely do not want to give up. Also on lithium and quetiapine.
It is possible for that to be someone’s normal resting blood pressure, but given some of the other things you mention here (particularly the anemia), I’d recommend a medical evaluation. There are a number of possible causes for this that would need to be ruled out.
