Low Blood Pressure

Jordan or Austin good day,

Thanks for the great content. I had a general health physical yesterday. My bp was 90/60. That was down from 118/68 three months ago. My doctor was not concerned with it. I am not really concerned either but just want your take on low blood pressure and maybe some indicators on when I should pay attention to it. My diet has changed recently. I think the two nutrients that may be of concern here are sodium and potassium in take. I eat very little processed food, mostly none. I do add salt to my food and estimate my intake to be around 3,000 mg per day. Potassium is around 4,000-5,000 per day. I also eat about 40 grams of fiber per day. Not sure if that info is pertinent or helpful. Thanks in advance for your input.

Low blood pressure typically requires symptoms relating to low perfusion in order to be diagnosed. If this was an accurate reading and you’re not having any symptoms, I wouldn’t be concerned about it either.
