Hi, I have some questions regarding hypertrophy and any answers would be appreciated.

Are being training sensitive in gaining strength and in gaining muscle mutually exclusive as I feel that I am a good responder from a hypertrophy perspective but not so much from a strength perspective?

Upon completing a hypertrophy program like the one you provide, if one was to go onto a strength focused program, assuming weight loss wasnt occurring, would the results of the hypertrophy program remain?

(If the answer to number 2 is no) In order to continue to drive or maintain hypertrophy results, does volume have to continue to increase. For example, I am currently training biceps and triceps for 7 sets, 3 times a week which seems a lot and I cant imagine how much I would have to do in even a year’s time at this rate of titration.
