My DL seems to require less volume, and actually performance increases when I do less (at least short term)
From a programming perspective, which of these two options appears more desirable from a strength standpoint ie:powerlifting
1 - DL - 415x1, 365 x 5
or
2 - DL - 415x1, 325 x 5 x 2
is the higher intensity set going to drive up strength, or would you choose the other option with more volume? I know there is nuance, individuality…but can you play along here?
