Hey guys, just looking for some advice on where to go from here. I’m almost certainly intolerant to whey protein concentrate, in particular this one https://www.myprotein.com/sports-nut…ation=10530986. Symptoms are bloating, gas and increased bowel movements. Have stopped using it, symptoms go away. Start again and symptoms return. So what should I try next? Whey protein isolate? Usually struggle to hit protein goals so would like an easy supplement.
