I guess it’s time to join in on the fun and start posting my own training logs. For background, I started barbell training in Jan 2018 (with minimal training years ago) doing Greyskull LP for 2 months, then 5/3/1 for Beginners for 2 cycles (only took 2 cycles to realize the error of my ways), and then the Bridge. Currently I’m doing The Bridge 3.0.

Current e1RMs:
Squat- 308 lbs
Bench- 259 lbs
Deadlift- 380 lbs
Press- don’t really care about it right now so I’m substituting other bench variations in its place

Normally I’d do GPP tomorrow, but I’m going out of town this weekend so I’ll be doing day 3 instead. Looking forward to reaching that 405 deadlift 1rm soon!

Bridge 3.0: Week 2 Day 3
Comp Deadlift
320 x 4 - this felt light, so I upped the single following this a little more than I originally planned
365 x 1 - and I upped it too much. My left hand was slipping bad (using straps, don’t compete). Going to try 365 again next week
290 x 4 x 2 sets

Incline Bench
170 x 5
177.5 x 5
185 x 5
175 x 5

HBBS
165 x 10
175 x 10 x 3 sets
I haven’t done sets of 10 on squats in quite some time (since last year when I had no idea what I was doing and attempted to get in to training), and I felt the burn for sure. Hopefully as I get used to it I can up the weight a decent amount.
