Hi BBM team,
Based on the below info and my goals, would you advise to do a lean/slow bulk or go the recomp/maintenance route?
Info:
Age: 22
Height: 175 cm
Weight: 151 lbs
Body Fat Percentage: 15-16% (estimate)
Training History: Been training since January 2021 (I trained before but I had a layoff from September - December 2020). Currently, I’m on week 4 of the Beginner template.
Goal: Gain muscle with as little fat gain as possible (stay lean)
