I just had a meet which was my third time peaking with BBM in a row. I went from Bridge, to 12 Week Strength to PLII. I’m planning to do a proper offseason, but not sure what template would fit my needs the most. I took two weeks off my meet and just doing bodybuilding movements and have another meet in October.
I think the low fatigue template would be good for you to run 2-3x before you next meet pending your need for an extended off season. I think the general s/c or bodybuilding template would be solid for a 4-6 week off season.
