Hi team
I currently weigh 70kg, 6ft male. Training constantly 4 times a week.
I try to get 120-140g of protein a day… but I don’t really like any protein source or protein shakes. So if I don’t worry about protein intake I probably have around 80g a day, but I find it much better for my mental health and stress levels to not worry about the protein intake.
Would I be seriously damaging my gains on 80g of protein a day? Or can a reasonable amount of muscle mass gains be made with such a low protein intake?
