Minimum strength for health and well being?

Hi guys!

In several podcast or Q&A’s, you have stated that the minimum VO2 max for improved morbidity/mortality s fairly low. Jordan likened it to climbing two flights of stairs with a bag of groceries.

In similar spirit, could you estimate a minimum strength metric for overall health and well being?

Is there a statistically significant improvement in mortality/morbidity if a person raises their squat from 300 lbs to 400 lbs?

Also, thanks for all the info. Found you on youtube and I really appreciate the info.
