Thank you very much for all you do - really! Also, I’ve very much enjoying your supplements:smile:
My question is, I wake up at 4:40am to workout at 5:15am. In terms of MPS, am I better off:
- Having your whey at 4:40am (right upon waking) and immediately post-workout have your whey or a meal just 2 hours after I took your whey?
- Not eating anything pre-workout (workout fasted) and just consuming your whey immediately after the workout - then wait another 3-4 hours before having a meal?
- Having your whey at 4:40am and then not having anything (your whey or meal) until 3+ hours later (about 1.5 hours after finishing the workout, in essence waiting the 3+ hours between “meals”)?
Or…is there even a better idea to maximize MPS given this early morning schedule? I hope I was clear in my question and I’m understanding all of this correctly. Thanks in advance and have a nice weekend.
