Myo-reps on GPP days?

What training outcomes will I be sacrificing if I do Arms and Upper Back work on GPP days in Myo-rep style rather than AMRAP or rep/set scheme as prescribed in the templates?

Depends on total volume, load selection, etc. I suspect it won’t be a big deal, though if your volume is compromised you might not see as much hypertrophy (potentially) and if the load is very light, your strength improvements in lower rep ranges could be compromised.
