(Sorry if I missed the answer, didn’t find it in searching the forum/template): I’m going to run the Time Crunch template, and see the prescription for Supplemental Deadlift is alternating Pull Ups and Chin Ups with the prescribed volume for the supplementals a myorep scheme starting at 14-16 reps.
How would your recommend I modify this if my RPE 8 is maybe 6-8 reps at bodyweight? e.g. do 6+ to get to RPE 8, pause for 5 breaths, then do sets of 3 to failure with 5 breath recovery periods?
