New Template

I have been running the BBM S&C 1 template for about two years. 34yo, 6’0, 185lb, best SBD lifts are SQ: 240x1, B: 185x1, and DL: 360x1 (all LBs). I feel like I should be stronger, but the longer I keep training, the more I’d like to increase muscle size and definition without losing strength in the powerlifts. I’d like to take advantage of the labor day sale. Would Powerbuilding 1 be a logical next step?
