I don’t think you actually read this study, as they found there was no effect on fractional synthetic rate (FSR), improvement in fat free mass or strength, or any other important parameter. I don’t think there’s any data here suggesting omega 3 supplements help with anything that produces clinical improvements.

Sure, no problem. I do think you should get in the habit of reading the studies in their entirety to see if you can come up with your own hypothesis.
I wouldn’t take scientific advice from non scientists/researchers/etc either, you know?
