Several studies reported positive effect of omega-3 fatty acids on DOMS, presumably due to the decrease in pro-inflammatory factors such as IL-6 and TNF-alpha. There are a ton of studies to show taking an omega-3 supplement is good for you in many ways, and this seems to hold true for DOMS.
Does this mean that omega 3 is actually good for something other than Pregnant women, asthmatics, rheumatoid arthritis, and those with high triglycerides
