Hello, we just found out my wife is pregnant What is your advice on taking pre-workout during pregnancy? I’m especially curious about the ingredients contained in Peri-RX. Any concerns with L-Tyrosine or Caffeine? Thank you!

Just an initial disclaimer, I am not you or your wife’s doctor and I would recommend discussing all concerns with the provider responsible for the pregnancy.
With regards to pre workout, I do not recommend them for women who are pregnant, women who are not pregnant, men who are not pregnant, or men who are pregnant. In short, I do not recommend pre workouts in general outside of caffeine for those who tolerate it well (and not for pregnant women) in the right context. I think tyrosine is interesting for central fatigue modulation, but would not recommend it for pregnant women either.
Consider this, training priority during pregnancy is lower than at other times so it does not make sense to try and leverage the effects of ergogenic aids in that setting, right?
So, I would skip the pre workouts for your wife even though I don’t think they’re harmful based on current evidence, though the evidence is less robust than I’d like it to be if I were in charge of making a general recommendation to say that they’re safe.
