Hello, I’m new here. I’m looking for a recommendation for a pre-workouts that will not hinder my recovery from a traumatic brain injury last year. My doc gave me the go ahead to start training again, but suggested I stay away from any kind of caffeine based supplements. What pre-workout supplements would you recommend? Thank you.

We have a caffeine-free option, but in your situation I’d also consider whether / why you “need” a pre-workout supplement at all.
I don’t necessarily “need” to take a supplement. Though, I’d prefer to use one. Do you have anything beyond watermelon and sour gummies?
