Howdy!
Google has told me that some amino acids are water soluble (some are not). Considering this, should I reduce water intake during the 30 min window when I eat and take protein every 4-5 hours, in order to maintain a protein concentration for optimal absorption and MPS (and avoid flushing an unnecessary amount of protein down the toilet)?
I take creatine and therefore drink a decent amount of water throughout the day. I geek out on this stuff, I’m not a competitor or anything serious by any means. I’m also aware that I may be catastrophizing things with this thought.
