Hello BBM. This will be a bit of a tricky question but here we go. Say for example if a person trains with good programming but their protein intake might be slightly lower than the recommendations say he only eats 1.2-1.4g per kg of BW (I will also assume that his leucine is slightly lower because less protein per meal) and their sleep is right, how much impact do you think this can have over a few years? Is there going to be a massive difference compared to like 1.6-2g per kg of BW? I know that protein is important but to what degree it affects someones progress in muscle and strength gain is something that I don’t know at all and that’s what I want to know. Thanks!
Pretty substantial difference for many, but not all people. Not sure I could quantify it though.
