Protein options

Hello,

I’m trying to adhere to you’re guys’ nutrition recommendation but having the most trouble keeping the saturated fat under 10% of total calories. Could you give a typical day example of of protein choices that meet the criteria? Say, something like 200g per day. Doesn’t have to be exact but just a general idea.

How many calories are you eating per day? Might be hard to do if you’re very low calorie. Also, what are you eating now for protein?

Eating around 2500 cal. per day. Most of my protein has been beef, lamb, pork, chicken, some fish.

Yea, we would push leaner options such as chicken breast, turkey, egg and egg whites, greek yogurt, whey, fish, etc. and limit red meat intake to ~ 3x/wk.
