Protein Supplement Advice for Person Who Live Outside of USA

Hello,
I, for the first time, plan to take a whey protein supplement. Though I have tried to read every material Jordan has said before, I am not able to buy BBM whey-Rx since I live outside of the USA.
When I visited a local protein supplement shop, I tried to read the ingredients of products and I couldn’t figure out if that fits Jordan’s quality standards.

Jordan always talks about protein powder should not have spiking e.g added poor quality proteins such as glutamine. When I, however, read the ingredients label there are always some complicated names outside of BCAA like Alain, Arginine, Glutamine acid, Aspartic acid etch. I shared one of the ingredients labels of the picked whey product below. Does this ingredients label prove this supplement has spiking proteins?

Thank you,

Ycayci,

This whey supplement looks to be fine given it’s BCAA content is close to what is found in raw whey protein. Off the cuff, it doesn’t look like there are any signs of protein spiking based on the amino acid profile.
