Quick question for not an easy topic

Hello all.
So friday afternoon i began to develop some discomfort in the left side of my chest which still remains today but is less intense than the onset.
Firstly before anyone says heart attack, my blood pressure mesured today at 128/80 so pretty normal for me. No classic or even odd side effects of the usual myocardial infarction (no nothing when breathing in and out) and it was even made better after the usual monday workout that consists of squats, bench press and more bench press.
I’ve found that sitting to type or write like i usually do because… school leads to some 1-2/10 discomfort whilst competely laying down gets rid of the discomfort ie sleep or just laying flat.

Any ideas to what it could be?
To add to the context on friday after i got done with my paused squats, close grip bench and incline press i went ahead and did some of the GPP i was supposed to do ie lat pulldowns and arm work and a little cardio.
The only thing that would make sense to me is maybe chondritis after checking the side effects.
The only consideration i see myself making is to continue to lie down when i can and use a pad on the bar when benching.

We don’t know much about you here, most importantly … your age, but also things like medical history, presence/absence of associated symptoms, medications, family history, etc. You know, the whole shebang.

With that said, I’m not sure that listing the differential diagnosis for chest pain here is going to be particularly helpful, either.

Understandable, thank you.
It has gotten better compared to the onset 7 days ago.
