I am currently running PB II while eating at maintenance and sometimes a surplus. Starting in Sept., I will start of slow cut/recomp using some additional LISS cardio to assist with the calorie deficit.
I am 5’8" ~195 Lbs. and trying to drive my waist from ~36-37" to ~34" over a few months. I ran legacy Hyper II before PB II. I would like to maintain or gain strength during the process. My inclination was to run Strength II or similar, but, being that I will be cutting, what template makes the most sense? I prefer a 4 day barbell program (6 days total), if possible.
