Has anyone here successfully rehabbed wrist extensor tendinopathy? What did your programming look like?
My wrists are so weak that I can’t press more than 15 lb dumbbells for 12 reps. Every time I try to get past this benchmark the pain gets worse and worse, despite the fact my wrist feel good beforehand, which is why I try to increase the reps in the first place.
I’m having difficulties getting past this problem and I’ve had it for a very long time. It has severely limited what I can do in life.
