If one simply uses running as a conditioning tool, is there any research that suggests a treadmill does a worse job than running outside ?
No reason to expect a significant difference here.
Is there any reason to prefer one form of aerobic activity to another so long as you’re exercising at an appropriate intensity for an appropriate amount of time?
