Saturated Fat Average Intake

If you were to have an intake of saturated fat that was below 10% of calories on average, but you went over that 10% by a lot on a cheat day, would that be significantly worse than staying below everyday and being more consistent?

It would make little to no difference, though I think there’s a more nuanced discussion to be had about “cheat meals” and the resulting dietary pattern. For another time!
