I’m in a bit of a pickle with what I should be doing in terms of nutrition. (i double guess my self all the time, and i need fixed goals that i can work up to)
current Stats:
Male 21
180 lbs
Waste at Hip:36 In
Waste at naval: 34 Inces
18% body fat
I’m currently (For the past week) following the to be a beast , body re composition calories (200P/224C/62F - 2244) after 4 months of no gym (i took up running instead) were I have lost 28.6 lb, i am now back weight training, on the Bridge.
I have lost most of my gainz/strength in the lock down unfortunately , but i have managed to cut down a lot of Body fat i was carrying.
My question is, if you were in my position, what would you macros look like? my goals are to lower BF more, but increase muscle strength/Size (I want my cake and eat it to basically). are my current macros going to allow this? would you just slowly bulk up to 200 lbs for the better strength results, then think about cutting back BF at a later date?
I would like to compete in Power lifting at some point in the near future.
