Snazzle - 13 Weeks Out

Background:
1 USAPL Meet in 2019 where I hit a 1142# total. Moved around the country twice since then, covid lockdowns, etc and here we are. 13 weeks out from our 2nd meet.

All hit in August 2021

Goals?
Break 1250? Idk, just don’t shit the bed haha, really looking to hit something big end of 2022 so this will be a good tune up and testing meet for me.

Day 1 and 2 went fine. Squatting on Day 1 and then having the Day 2 3x10 tempos is killer, really excited to see how these push my squat up.
Bench felt great.
Deadlifts were killer. Finished with 420x5 and they were really nice, other than grip making me take a little breather on the last 2 reps.

GPP Day
2 30 minute walks (I go for these a lot during lunch breaks since I work remote)

Arms:
13,12,12 65lb barbell curls
3x15 95lb Tricep Pushdown

Upper Back:
chest supported DB row 55lb 52 reps in 7 minutes

Trunk:
GHR Sit-ups 38 in 7 minutes

Comp Bench
270 x1 @ 8 WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO PRPRPRPPRPR this took 3 singles to find, did 255 and that was way too light, 265 was still moving fast, this was it though. Right on the money.

Week 2 Day 2
Breadlift
465 x1 @ 8 this was great, moved super smooth. Really excited for these
420 x5 @ 9…8.5? These started really fast and my grip went to poo on rep 3, threw straps on and they flew again. Idk, grip has never been a huge issue so we’ll figure it out
375 x3x5 Yep, these were all like, easy. No complaints here

Floor Press
210 x6 @ 7
215 x6 @ 8
220 x6 @ 9
These went super well, I love floor pressing so no complaints here

303 Tempo Squat Hell
225 x10 @ 7 yeah, this was definitely a 7. If I wanted to hang out and breathe I could have done more for sure
