Squat form check? Issues squatting over mid foot. Wonky bar path.

I’m back in flats after squatting in heels for few months to take some pressure off my hip flexor that was giving me issues. Now that I’m back in flats, I’m struggling to keep a decent bar path.

First clip is top single which I misgrooved at lockout. Second clip is my worst and sloppiest back off. Third clip I changed my foot angle a bit more outward. I think it improved my bar path a bit.
