Thank you all for answering my question in advance and providing such high quality information. I have had issues with my squat for the past several weeks. It feels “off,” like a slow decent, no pop out of the hole, grinding weights that are usually easy, weights feeling very heavy during the walk out etc. If I’m honest, my rpes are consistently too high for my singles, usually in the 9-9.5 range. Do you think this could be the issue? My other lifts have felt fine.

I’m not sure what you’re asking. It sounds like you’re programming or implementation of the programming is not producing an increase in strength, perhaps due to too much intensity exposure. But…yea I’m not sure what you’re asking.
