Stalled bench..

5’11 230lbs
675 squat
705 deadlift
240 strict press
360 bench…

Im looking for some advice on my embarrassing bench press. My other lifts continue to make progress as long as I’m putting in the work. Bench on the other hand is always stuck between about 350-365. I made good progress up until this point. I have tried I’m guessing at least 4 different programs ( 2x per week , 3x per week, 2x + heavy accessory work). I don’t seem to respond well to anything thus far. I know I could have a great total if I coukd get up to say 400? ESP with where my other lifts are :frowning: I’m looking to squat 700-725 in about 4 weeks and probably 725-735 on deadlift but will sadly bench around that 350-365 range. I have good musculature and I believe my technique to be not the best but plenty good to bench more than 365. Im almost hopeless at this point, I’m really looking for guidance or ideas? I have access to camber bar, Swiss bar, and of course a power bar. I was thinking about trying a DUP style 3x per week .any thoughts on a sample week? Please senddd halppp. Sincerely me.

A few general things we like to do include: 1) increase frequency bench training to 3-4 times per week (at least), 2) increase training volume, and 3) increase practice with heavy singles.
