stength program to run after GPP Hypertrophy

Hello everyone so far I did the following bridge, bridge 2.0, 12 week strength, gpp endurance and now I’m finishing gpp hypertrophy. In the master template is says I should run a strength focused program after it but I won’t have enough time in the next 3 months to run 12 week strength (from my experience the sessions run easy 2-3hrs) should I do again Bridge 2.0 or HLM? Or maybe is it time for group programming? Any tips/help appreciated.

You most certainly can run 12 week strength with sessions much shorter than that. When I ran 12ws I had a hard 75 minute cut off time as my schedule was really cramped, and I never failed to get all my work done in time. Now, I had to cut warmups and rest periods down to a bare minimum and it wasn’t always fun, but it was very much doable. I don’t think there is any real session time difference between 12ws and either the Bridge 2.0 or HLM. 12ws just has an extra day. Group Programming is even more sets in a single session than all the above, so if time is super important to you that would take even longer. You can do any of the above, but if your time is constrained you’re going to have to learn how to be more efficient with managing your time. It sucks to be up against a hard time limit, but “what are you gonna do, not train?”

Well definitely not the last one  I guess you did not include in this 75mins GPP right? I guess I could try the 12 weeks and just cut the breaks (I’m used to shorter resting periods after endurance and hypertrophy anyway)
Thanks

GPP I always did on their own days. So I trained 6 days per week. GPP days are quick and easy by themselves, if you can fit them in on their own day.
