Hey everyone. Ive run a few different programs in the past. I started with starting strength than I went to the bridge and some other programs. Most recently I was trying to build my numbers up again and doing a greyskull LP. After a month or so I felt beat up and after some advice I took a week off. While taking the week off I decided to run Strength I again. I enjoyed the program last time I ran it and built a great bench with it. I also decided I don’t need to be going after big numbers and should focus on my health as I go.

Notes-Body was still sore from a workout on sunday and coming back from a week off. Squats felt sore and tough. 205 lbs felt pretty heavy but I knew I could get more so I went for it. Tired doing 175 lbs bench and barley completed it. Worked my way down the RPE scale for bench and Deadlift due to fatigue and hitting RPE 9 on the first working set. Used red mini bands for the overlaod deadlift adding 30 lbs to the lift.
