Hi BBM Team, get ready for an interesting question!
When I was 16 (now 20), I had completely fractured my tibia and fibula at a trampoline park (lol). At the time I was at least 50lb overweight and did practically no physical activity. Within the past two years, I’ve lost 70+ lbs and have been strength training 3+ days a week. Anyway, to get to the question, does training the squat, or strength training in general, improve bone strength to a substantial amount? My buddy’s graduation party is at a trampoline park and snapping my leg again doesn’t sound fun. Am I a complete idiot for going back or is it reasonable to say that my bones are stronger compared to the condition I was in at 16? Thanks for your time and you’re welcome for the laugh
