Supplementation!

Hi,

Other than Caffeine, Creatine and Whey Protein, what other supplements have research that shows positive outcomes?
Ive heard that L-Citrulline has some positive data including Beta Alanine. What are their purposes, consumption (pre,intra,post), dosing etc. What about HMB, Betaine, Arginine, Ornithine, AAKG and lots of others.

We appreciate your enthusiasm, but I think this is an unreasonable forum question in terms of scope. We don’t have time to write out a detailed treatise on a whole list of supplements, and many of the answers to these can be found, for example, at Examine.com. I would start there, and if you would like to make your question much narrower / more specific, it can be addressed.
