Supplements?

Can you tell me if I have this right? Used your PeriRx as a reference.

citrulline malate 4g BID
creatine monohydrate 2.5g BID
beta alanine 3.2g BID
betaine anhydrous 1.5g BID
HMB 1.5g BID

caffeine 3-6mg/kg pre-workout

Does that look correct? Missing anything?

Also, I thought that you were in the “BCAAs don’t really do anything” camp. Yet they’re in the PeriRx now?

I wouldn’t take HMB and caffeine dose will need to be individualized.

I also am not in the BCAAs don’t really do anything camp, as there is a time and place for them in certain contexts, though they aren’t in PeriRX anymor.

What’s in it? (Now reformulated) 30 Servings of:

  1. 10 grams of muscle-building Essential Amino Acids (EAA’s)
  2. 2.5 grams of Creatine Monohydrate
  3. 3.2 grams beta alanine for increased work capacity and volume tolerance
  4. 4 grams of Citrulline Malate to enhance muscle protein synthesis
