Questions about Peri Rx

I’m looking at purchasing Peri Rx for the first time. I currently only supplement with 5g creatine every day and caffeine from various sources before training sessions most of the time. With the addition of Peri Rx into the mix, I would continue to take creatine in isolation on non-training days, and I would start taking the newly reformulated Peri Rx on my training days (4 days a week) pre and post workout. My question is, would there be a reason to supplement with any of the other ingredients like betaine anhydrous, citrulline mallate, or better alanine on my 3 non-training days apart from creatine? Perhaps a better question would be should I expect a significant impairment of results from the supplementation by not consuming those things on my three non-training days?
Additionally, is the new formulation of Peri Rx available on Amazon or will it be at some point? The caffeine free version still pops up on Amazon, but it shows the previous container and ingredient list and not the new one.
Lastly, if you had to recommend a first flavor to go with between the sour gummy and watermelon, which would you choose?
Thanks!

Hey Perry,

Thanks for the post and your business  Some answers:

  1. I don’t think you’ll notice a significant impairment per se’, though I do think there’s some non zero benefit supplementing all of the ingredients on all days. That being said, I think taking creatine and beta alanine daily would be my general recommendation.

  2. The new formulation is at Amazon and shipping from there. Looks like they may not have approved our picture change, but we’ll get it fixed.

  3. I think they actually taste pretty similar, but at the moment I’m digging Sour Gummy.

The essential amino acids take up more space so we had to increase the scooper size.

Actually I would also like to clarify something - I just bought Peri RX as well Watermelon (I’ll try Sour Gummy next) - is it a twice a day supp or only on lifting days? Label says ‘pre and post workout’ - what about non lifting days?

When it says take directly pre and post workout, does that mean drink it a few minutes before working out? Or 30 minutes? Or drink it while working out?
