aside from caffeine, do any of the ingredients in Peri Rx have an acute/transient effect? My reading on this is that mostly these are things that are good to have on board basically all the time. Except for maybe the BCAAs at intervals for protein synthesis, and the aforementioned caffeine.
Ive been taking 2 scoops before training, and just hydrating afterward, or sometimes a whey shake.
am I missing out on any incremental benefit by not taking a scoop of Peri Rx post-workout?
