You could certainly give it a try - hard to say how well you might tolerate that without knowing anything about you, though.

I have yet to purchase any of the paid templates. I’m just finishing my 2nd run of Bridge 1.0. If I were to purchase either the new 12 wk strength or 7 week hypertrophy 3 day, would I receive the v1.0 of the strength & hypertrophy?
If we find mistakes or errors, would you prefer us email you at support, or post them here? I don’t want to be a pain in the ass, but at the same time I am sure you want them to be free of mistakes or glitches.
Also, can you please let us know when the updated ones will be sent out if we purchased the originals? Thanks!

Hi Leah, I never received and update for the 3 day hypertrophy template.
I received my 12 week strength template for free via am IG caption contest. I haven’t yet received the updated version. Just wanted to make sure I’m still going to get it.
I just wanted to say that I got the updates on the latest templates and they look great (at least in Excel). Also, I appreciate the extra time to add in the “Overview” tab last minute. It is nice to get that high level overview all on one page, as well as the weekly logs. Keep up the good work!
Is there any version excel that the template will not work correctly with? I’m having trouble with both old and new templates in excel 2013.
Not at this time until we update the bundled template itself.

Hans the new templates gone out yet? I still haven’t received the updated version for the 7 week hypertrophy oe the 12 week strength templates. I’m still 15 weeks out from my next meet and looking forward to seeing what changes were made.
Couple of quick notes after using the templates… let me know if this should be routed to the email address instead:
The Fatigue % Calculations appear to be off by 2 decimal places - for example, logging results which yield 3.6% fatigue percent on the old template is showing as 360% in the new – changing the cell format from % to number resolves the problem, but just wanted to make you aware of it.
RPE only records at whole numbers instead of 7.5, 8.5, 9.5 – this looks like it was clearly intended - why?

Sorry if this has been asked before, but how do you log your myorep set? I assume the activation set is straightforward. Do we then just log the next mini sets as normal sets. For example,
225 16 reps 8 RPE
225 5 reps 9 RPE
225 5 reps 9 RPE
225 4 reps 10 RPE
