Do you guys have any opinions on the Cardio Mask worn during conditioning training? I’ve seen it around and can’t find any reliable information on its efficacy. My presumption is that it’s just another fad, but I was wondering if you guys have come across any data on it?

The data suggests it doesn’t do anything except for maybe train the respiratory muscles, but to the extent this is beneficial outside of the training they receive during traditional (mask free) conditioning is up for debate.
